When are your quiet sessions?
Our quiet sessions run daily from 7am – 11am. During this time, the Bathhouse is a peaceful, reflective space — guests are asked to keep voices to a whisper and enjoy the stillness.
If you prefer a more social and lively atmosphere, join us outside these hours when conversation and connection flow more freely.
How do I get there?
We're located at 989 Pacific Highway, Roseville, housed within the heritage-listed Seymour's Building.
Parking: Free street parking is available nearby on William Street, Wyvern Avenue, and Findlay Avenue. Some spaces have a 2-hour limit while others are untimed.
Public Transport: We're within walking distance of both Chatswood and Roseville train stations, and close to several bus stops.

Do you take walk-ins?
We're happy to accommodate walk-ins when we can, however bookings are recommended to guarantee your preferred time.
Do I pay when I book?
No payment is required to book, we simply securely capture your credit card details to confirm the booking. We have a 24 hour notice period prior to your booking for cancellation and rescheduling.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
We require 24 hours notice to change or cancel your booking. You can manage this through our website or contact us directly.
What is your cancellation policy?
24+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
Within 24 hours: Bookings are non-refundable

How many people are in the bathhouse at one time?
We take a maximum of 30 people at one time, ensuring there's plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the facilities comfortably.
Can children attend?
No, we cannot accommodate anyone under 18 due to insurance requirements and to maintain quiet enjoyment for all guests.
Can I visit the bathhouse while pregnant?
Our relaxation areas, pregnancy massage treatments, and wellness bar are all facilities that can be used during pregnancy.
During pregnancy, it's important not to raise your core body temperature above recommended levels. As hot pools, saunas and steam rooms all cause an increase to core body temperature, these facilities are not available for use if you are pregnant. Likewise, cold temperatures can cause the uterus to contract, so our ice baths are not suitable during pregnancy.
What should I bring with me?
To use the water facilities, you'll need appropriate swimwear - no nudity is permitted. Proper swimwear must be worn (usual clothing like cotton t-shirts or shorts cannot be worn in place of swimwear).
What's provided?
- Filtered still and sparkling water and herbal teas
- Vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, Australian-made body wash, shampoo and conditioner
- You can also purchase additional placebo drinks and sweet treats from our wellness bar (at select times).

Are you accessible?
Yes, in many areas, but not everywhere. We’re in a heritage building with accessible entry to reception/lounge and an accessible toilet; the mineral pool has bench seating for easier entry, but upstairs ice bath, sauna/steam) currently require steps for entry. If you have specific needs, email us ahead and our team will assist.
How do your gift vouchers work?
Gift vouchers can be purchased on our website for a dollar amount. They are valid for 3 years and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. To redeem, simply make a booking online and enter your voucher code.
What is your code of conduct?
We are an inclusive space that respects all bodies, shapes, sizes, colours, genders and abilities. Zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment. By booking, you agree to respect all people here.

Respect everyone — guests and staff, always.
No touching without explicit permission (even with partners, ask first).
Zero sexual behaviour — immediate removal and permanent ban.
Any discrimination (verbal or physical) — immediate removal.
Follow staff directions the first time, every time.
Hygiene & Safety
Rinse before pools and between sauna/steam and pools.
Practice good hygiene at all times as required by Escape Bathhouse or government guidelines.
No running, diving, or unsafe behaviour.
Swimwear & Attire
Appropriate swimwear at all times — no nudity.
No cotton tops or clothing permitted in any facility, swimwear only.
Atmosphere & Noise
Keep voices to a whisper during quiet sessions 7am - 11am.
Outside of these times, it is a calm social environment — keep voices low and phones on silent.

Privacy & Phones
Selfies are okay — never photograph or film anyone else without their express consent.
Be mindful of cameras around pools and relaxation areas.
Flow & Fair Use
Rotate through spaces — don’t camp in one spot so everyone gets a turn.
Be aware of capacity signs and time guidance during busy periods.
Food, Drink & Substances
Only food and drink purchased on-site may be consumed here (water excepted).
No alcohol or drugs that impair safety.
No glass in wet areas.
Smoking/Vaping
Non-smoking venue — no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises.
Age Policy
18+ only. Entry is for paying guests during staffed hours.
Consequences
Breaches of this etiquette may result in immediate removal and, where relevant, a permanent ban — no refunds.
CCTV & Security
CCTV operates in public areas across the venue for guest safety and asset protection. Cameras are not installed in bathrooms, changerooms, or other private areas.
Footage is stored securely for a limited period and may be provided to authorities when required by law.
Please keep valuables with you or use the lockers provided. To the extent permitted by law, Escape Bathhouse is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
