Not sure where to start? We’ve got you

The difference between a good session and a great one, is knowing how to use this space. This step-by-step circuit is designed to help you get the most out of every visit, boosting circulation, easing tension, and leaving you feeling your best.

Arrive and Settle In

Head to our change rooms and get changed into your bathhouse attire. You’re here now. Nothing else matters. It’s time to slow down.

Start with Heat Therapy

Choose between the traditional sauna, steam room or both! Spend 10-15 minutes here to relax your muscles, improve circulation, and stimulate an endorphin release.

Take a Cold Plunge

Heating up in the sauna or steam room makes it easier to take a plunge into the ice bath. If you’re a beginner, try staying here for 1-3 minutes. This ‘shock’ will help reduce muscle soreness, improve focus, and reduce anxiety by bringing you into the present.

Time for 38° Soak Session

After the intense hot and cold circuit, it’s time to mellow out in the mineral pool. Soak here for 20 - 30 minutes and let your body balance out.

Refuel and Socialise

During your bathhouse circuit, stay hydrated by grabbing a drink from our Placebo Bar. Here you can find non-alcoholic cocktails, herbal teas, kombucha, premium coffee and healthy snacks.

Relax Deeper

Upgrade your experience by ending with a full body massage or body scrub. Release deep muscle tension and enter a deep state of relaxation. Take your bathhouse experience from great to unforgettable.
